Customers in Cairo are allowed to inspect the product before the courier leaves the doorstep. If you choose to return the order after inspection, it must be handed back to the courier immediately before they leave.

For deliveries outside Cairo, a deposit is required before shipping. The remaining amount is paid upon delivery.
