We offer a 14-day return and exchange guarantee starting from the date of delivery.
This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects only.

Inspection Upon Delivery

For your convenience, you may inspect the product while the courier is present.
Once the courier leaves, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or an alternative item may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Products damaged due to improper use.

  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective).

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping fees unless the issue is due to a mistake or manufacturing defect by Laborsetta.
