Deposit Policy

  • Orders shipped outside Cairo require a deposit before dispatch.

  • The deposit amount will be confirmed by our customer support team.

  • Orders without deposit confirmation may be delayed or canceled.

Inspection Upon Delivery

For your convenience, you may inspect the product while the courier is present.
Once the courier leaves, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
